CMS students study story elements

Campbellsville Middle School students are learning to identify the elements of a story.

In Andrea Gribbins’s language arts class, students are discussing the exposition, rising action, climax, falling action and resolution in the stories they read.

As an activity, students watched The Three Little Pigs and then worked in groups to identify the elements.

They also discussed the overall theme of the story, and identified the setting, conflict and characters.
