CES students celebrate Color Week

 

Campbellsville Elementary School kindergarten students are spending several weeks studying colors. 

 

Students in Lisa Wiseman’s, Ann-Michael Tucker’s, Nikki Price’s, Lindsey Muncie’s and Shirley Cox’s classes began celebrating Color Week earlier this school year and will continue for several weeks.

CES, iEagle students perform with honors choir

 

Campbellsville Elementary School and iEagle students recently performed with an honors choir.

 

Students were chosen to participate in this year’s Fourth District Treble Honors Choir, which performed at Parkway Baptist Church in Bardstown.

CHS cross country team competes in Heartland Conference meet

 

Campbellsville High School cross country team competed in the Heartland Conference meet on Wednesday, Oct. 16, in Green County.

 

In the boys’ varsity race, CHS freshman Chase Hord finished ninth overall, in 20:36.

 

Tyler Smith, also a freshman, finished 12th, in 21:54.

CES students learn bicycle safety

 

Campbellsville Elementary School students recently learned how to ride their bicycles safely.

 

Doug Beckhart, a bicycle safety educator with Kosair Children’s Hospital, came to CES to show the fourth-grade students the proper way to ride a bicycle.
