iEagle students raise money for local children, the homeless

 

Campbellsville Independent Schools iEagle students recently performed a community service project to raise money for local children and the homeless population in Taylor County.

 

On Friday, Sept. 20, seventh-grader Rowan Petett and several other students hosted a lunch fundraiser.

CMS names Exceeding Eagles

 

Campbellsville Middle School recently named its Exceeding Eagles for the week of Sept. 16.

 

Students who receive the Exceeding Eagle award are those who go above and beyond inside and outside of the classroom, accomplish a goal they didn’t believe possible and excel in their academics and extra-curricular activities.

CMS, CHS students participate in all-district choir

 

Campbellsville middle and high school students were recently chosen to participate in this year’s Fourth District all-district chorus on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 16 and 17.

 

CMS students chosen to participate include seventh-graders Kaylyn Lawson, Mellany Parker and Ellie Wise and eighth-graders Hunter Williams and Luke McDonald.

 

CHS students chosen to participate include freshmen LeeAnna Darst, Kadence Houk and Zeke Bell.

CHS FCA group to host See You at the Pole

 

Campbellsville High School’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes group will host its annual See You at the Pole event on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

 

Students, teachers, administrators, staff members and members of the Campbellsville/Taylor County community are invited to the CHS flagpole at 7:15 a.m.

 

The time will be used for those attending to come together to pray for schools, the community and nation.
