Campbellsville Elementary School math students are studying order of operations.
Fifth-grade students in Tammy Hash’s math class spend time each day sharpening their math skills.
Recently, students worked several problems as a group to make sure they understand how to write a mathematical problem and use the correct order of math operations.
Hash read students a word problem, and they wrote it correctly and then solved it on a whiteboard.
Then, Hash discussed the correct way to solve the problem.
