CES students expand their vocabularies

Campbellsville Elementary School students are working hard to expand their vocabularies.

Each day, first-grade students work with reading interventionist Laura Dicken to practice reading, spelling and pronouncing words.

Recently, students practiced reading a word, spelling it with blocks and then writing it.

One of the words of the day was “that.”
