Campbellsville Middle School students recently learned all about the Kentucky Derby.
As part of their study about Derby traditions, students learned about jockeys and the silks they wear when racing.
In Kaye Agathen’s class, students designed their own silks and then made Derby jockeys out of construction paper.
Students used their creativity to come up with color schemes and designs for their silks.
