Campbellsville Elementary School students who recently “leveled up” with the Lexia and Reading Plus programs were honored at a school-wide assembly on Friday, March 24.
Lexia and Reading Plus are technology-based reading programs that help increase reading proficiency for pre-kindergarten students through high school seniors.
About 175 students were recognized at CES on March 24 for increasing their reading proficiency level using the programs from Friday, March 17, to Thursday, March 23.
CES third-grader Christian Hart was recognized for completing all 18 levels of Lexia.
Marcia Sharp’s third-grade students were honored for meeting 100 percent usage on Lexia and/or Reading Plus for the week of March 20.
Kindergarteners honored include Aubrey Wilson, Mikaylah Flynn, Cera Rooker, Kira Dotson, Gage Henderson, Ava Bennett-Marr, Jewell Brewster, Kaiden Bradfield, John Lane, Aubreigh Knifley, Madison Wilhoite, Carson Montes, Aliyah Litsey, Joey Bledsoe, Addison Beckley, Keagan Shearer, Madison Haywood, Ethan Lewis, Kylei Thompson and ReAnna Jeffries.
First-graders honored include Justice Albrecht, Briana Wooley, Kadence Ford, Phoebe Ritchie, Joseph Boudreaux, Destini Gholston, Kenady Gabehart, Lazarick Miller, Willow Griffin, Tristen Williams, Ammarissa Nunez, Cadynce Cox, Londyn Smith, Amylah Taylor, Aaron Floyd, Zion Mitchell, Jo’van Goins, Ben Parrott, Zach Hak, Austin Hamilton, Kierra Maupin, Eric Mixtega, Carter Wethington, Nadia Taylor, Eric Epperson, Karson Burchett and Makyian Bridgewater.
Second-graders honored include Braxton Tucker, Cayleigh Underwood, Braelyn Taylor, Jaylin Christie, Trenton Harris, Zaemar Hoskins, Anthony Lawson, Weston Veltman, Annabelle Brockman, Emerson Dengel, Kaleigh Wilhoite, Lillian Burnett, Evan Lockridge, Rajon Taylor, Hunter Garmon, Keylan Strong, Dorothy Shively and Ryan Tungate.
