In Miriah Cox’s class, students recently enjoyed some chewing gum as part of a writing assignment.
Students are learning about writing sentences that explain how to do something.
As an example, students wrote the steps to blowing a bubble with their chewing gum.
After writing the steps, students tried them out with a piece of gum.
