CMS fifth-graders make books come alive

Campbellsville Middle School fifth-graders recently made books come alive.

Students worked in groups to read a book and then make it come alive by drawing the setting, plot, characters and more on a large treehouse.

They first traced a large treehouse and then worked together to draw their story inside the house.

After they finished, students presented their projects to CMS fourth-graders.

Students worked together on the project for several weeks in their leadership classes.

CMS fifth-grade teachers are Donna White, Jessica Lile, Ann Michael Tucker and Kaye Breeding.
