CIS teachers honored at Campbellsville University

 

Campbellsville Independent Schools’ teachers were honored at Campbellsville University’s Excellence in Teaching Awards ceremony on Saturday, May 19.

 

Campbellsville Elementary School reading interventionist Laura Dicken was honored, as were Campbellsville Middle School reading teacher Sharon Harris and Campbellsville High School art teacher Jo Ann Harris.

 

Campbellsville Independent Schools’ teachers were honored at Campbellsville University’s Excellence in Teaching Awards ceremony on Saturday, May 19. CMS, CHS students honored at CES assembly

 

Campbellsville middle and high school athletes were honored at the Campbellsville Elementary School assembly on Friday, May 18.

 

CMS and CHS baseball players were recognized and honored for their successes this school year.

CMS receives donation for eighth-grade celebration

 

Campbellsville Middle School recently received a donation to help pay for its eighth-grade celebration.

 

Taylor Regional Hospital recently donated $100 toward the cost.

 

CMS eighth-graders will be honored in a special ceremony on Sunday, May 20, at 3 p.m. in Hamilton Auditorium.

 

Taylor Regional Hospital recently donated $100 toward the cost of Campbellsville Middle School’s eighth-grade celebration, which will be Sunday, May 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Phillips Lanes Bowling Alley. CIS facilities manager honored

 

Campbellsville Independent Schools Facilities Manager Keith McMahan was honored recently for his years of service to the District.

 

McMahan will retire on June 30, after 25 years of service.

 

Campbellsville Board of Education employees hosted a lunch in McMahan’s honor on Friday, May 18.
