CHS to celebrate homecoming

Campbellsville High School will celebrate basketball homecoming next week.


Activities begin on Monday, Jan. 22.




There will be dress-up days and spirit games, leading up to the crowning of a king and queen on Friday, Jan. 26.


Dress-up days include the following.


Monday is Roll Out of Bed Day.


Tuesday is Support Your Team Day.


Wednesday is Spotlight Day, wearing green for “single,” yellow for “it’s complicated” and red for “taken.”


Thursday is Inside Out Day, and Friday is Purple and Gold Day.


Spirit games are Four Square on Monday, Jake the Snake on Tuesday, Balloon Pop on Wednesday, Potato Drop on Thursday and Furniture Game on Friday.


The homecoming king and queen will be crowned on Friday, Jan. 26, at about 7:30 p.m., between the CHS girls’ and boys’ varsity basketball games vs. Thomas Nelson.


Games begin with the girls’ match up at 6 p.m. at the CHS gym.
